Returns and Refunds

1.0 Damaged or Faulty Products

We want every order to arrive in perfect condition. If your product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact hello@drinksummi.com within seven days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once assessed, we will provide a replacement, refund, or credit in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

1.1 Change of Mind

As our beverages and consumable items are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind once the order has been dispatched.

1.2 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take up to ten business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

1.3 Incorrect Address or Non Collection

If a parcel is returned to SUMMi Soda due to an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

2. International Orders

International shipping availability and costs are displayed at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery times for international orders vary depending on destination and customs processing times. SUMMi Soda is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
