SUMMi Soda currently delivers across Australia and to selected international locations. Delivery zones and costs are displayed at checkout.

1.2 Dispatch and Delivery Times

Orders are processed within two to three business days after payment has been received. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete, and a separate shipping notification when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier network conditions. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout, but may be affected by weather events, courier delays, or public holidays.

1.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery address, order weight, and courier rates. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly stated on our website.

1.4 Tracking Information

All parcels include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and link to monitor progress.

1.5 Delivery Issues

If your parcel is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact hello@drinksummi.com as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to investigate and provide a resolution. SUMMi Soda is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers.
